Picturesque Mantrap Lake’s 1,770 acres of deep, open water are bordered by 35 miles of shoreline, the ideal setting for a fishing adventure. With bays, islands and channels to fish by, an angler could spend years here in search of massive muskies. They can grow to over 50 inches at Mantrap, so be sure to bring a net!

Muskies aren’t the sole star of the show. Giant pike, abundant crappie, and both smallmouth and largemouth bass also make Mantrap Lake their home, so take your time mastering the nuances of this giant and undeveloped lake.

Full-Service Boat Rentals

We are a full-service boating facility and provide everything you need to enjoy the water. We sell premium unleaded gas both straight and mixed, as well as outboard motor oil. We provide personal floatation devices by request, but encourage you to bring your own for your comfort. Our rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis. Should you wish to bring your own motor to place on one of our boats, we require that it be fewer than 25 HP.

Premium fishing boat: $125/day or $625/week (gas extra)
16’ Mirrocraft Troller with 40 HP motor – Pedestal seats, live well, bow mount trolling motor, depth finder with GPS/Maps
16’ Alumacraft Lunker with 40 HP Motor – Pedestal seats, live well, bow mount trolling motor, depth finder with GPS/Maps

Deluxe pontoon: $175/day or $875/week (gas extra)
New 21’ Sun Tracker Fishing Barge 20 DLX with 60 HP motor – Pedestal and bench seating, bimini top, live well – holds up to 10 guests

Fishing pontoon: $165/day or $825/week (gas extra)
New 18’ Suncatcher with 30 HP motor – Pedestal and bench seating, bimini top, live well – holds up to 8 guests

Lund Fishing boat: $85/day or $425/week (gas and oil extra)
14′ Lund deep-V with 15 HP Johnson outboard motor
14′ Lund deep-V Boat only: $25/day or $125/week
15 HP Johnson outboard motor Motor only: $60/day or $300/week (gas and oil extra)

Guest boat docking fee: $15/day or $75/week
