Our 16 cabins have air conditioner units and each have their own full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and other convenient appliances — all our three bedroom and larger cabins are equipped with dishwashers. Every one of our cabins are outfitted with outdoor charcoal grills, so you can cook out at your leisure. A laundry facility is also on-site at the resort, and a fully equipped fitness center with a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical machine and weight machine.  All cabins and screen porches are non-smoking.

It is our goal to make you feel completely at home for the duration of your stay. If you are visiting with small children, let us provide the play pens and highchairs at no charge. If you forgot to pack some crucial part of your belongings, our rustic lodge’s gift shop carries several essentials and shopping in downtown Park Rapids is only a short trip away.

Prime Season weeks are Saturday to Saturday – minimum 7 nights.   Non-Prime weeks – minimum 3 nights.

Check-in Time is 4:30pm or later on Saturday or first day of your stay.

Check-out Time is 8:30am on Saturday or last day of your stay.

Additional Guests – $50 a night or $200 a week per person above rate capacity. Children under 3 years of age, no charge.  Day guests are $15 each.

Reservation Deposit – A 30% or $200 per bedroom deposit is required to reserve each cabin. We will hold your tentative reservation for seven days until we have received your deposit.

Cancellation Policy – Your deposit, less a $75 service charge, will be refunded if we are able to rent your cabin at the full rate for the entire period you reserved. Cancellations received fewer than 90 days before the start of your reservation will require full payment for the reserved period of stay.

Pet Policy – We do not accept animal guests at the resort.

Firepits, Tents and Fireworks Policy – We do not allow personal firepits, tents or fireworks at the resort.

ATV/UTV Policy – We do not allow ATV/UTVs to be driven on the resort grounds, they must stay on the trailer.

EV Charging – At this time we do not have EV charging stations. Please notify us upon your arrival for instructions, a $15 a day charging fee may apply.

Damages due to neglect will be at guest’s expense.
